NetJobs Group AB is a Swedish public company. Responsibility for management and control of the group is distributed among the shareholders at the Annuel General Meeting, the Board of directors and the company CEO in accordance with Swedish limited liability company law, existing regulatory framework for listed companies, NetJobs articles of association and other internal management and control records.

NetJobs is not listed on a regulated market place and therefore the company does not fall within the scope of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. However, NetJobs’ work on corporate governance is to a great extent inspired by that code.
