Our Story

2003 – The story begins

At the end of 2003 there was a recession after the Internet bubble. From my desk in Stockholm förskolejobb.se was born. I remember the first sales call, adrenaline was pumping and my competitive spirit kept me going. It was business straight away! The first customer was a private nursery school in Stockholm. Sky is the limit!

My thought when I founded Svensk Internetrekrytering was to build a proactive company where the most Hungry would make the team. I wanted to build an elite team and a culture with Hard Working Winners Always Improving. An environment where everyone gives their best effort every day and where we salute the best performers! An environment where for the talents that are willing to improve themselves every day. Every new record would be celebrated in a big way.

I still think it is very very important to have the Right People on board for the ongoing journey we are making. To me it is always exciting to come to the offices and feel the Winning atmosphere and see if there are new upcoming Sales Stars and Winners.

2004

Svensk Internetrekrytering AB was founded by Henrik Kvick.
The specialized career websites, förskolejobb.se and säljjobb.se are growing fast.
teknikjobb.se is launched in the autumn.

2005

ekonomijobb.se and hälsojobb.se are launched in January.
pedagogjobb.se and ledningsjobb.se are launched in the spring.
The broad karriarguiden.se is launched, which gives Svensk Internetrekrytering a unique concept with both broad
and specialized career websites.
The covering of the Norwegian market is initiated, with positive feedback.

2006

karriereguiden.no is launched in the Norwegian market in January.
uraopas.fi is launched in the Finnish market in May.
The company is listed on First North, NASDAQ OMX on October 12

2007

miljöjobb.se, IT-jobb.se and karriereguiden.dk are launched in the first quarter
ingenieurjobs.de is launched in May.
In the autumn, juridikjobb.se is launched

2008

The Forum for Career Development is launched on karriarguiden.se/forum/ in September.

2009

As part of the company's strategic focus on specialized career websites, seven such websites are launched for the Danish market in February.

2010

A completely new, ultra-modern platform is developed during the spring and summer, to be launched in August.
Continued expansion in Germany. In September, the broad career website, careerjobs.de as well as the specialized career websites; chefjobs.de, fachaerztejobs.de, wirtshaftsjobs.de, krankenschwesterjobs.de and vertrieblerjobs.de are all launched,
In November, m.karriärguiden.se is launched, making Svensk Internetrekrytering the first company in Sweden to offer candidates the possibility of looking for and monitoring jobs on their mobile phones, irrespective of the phone or OS used
